Release iOS OVF app.

We want to release the iOS Open Voice Factory App.

Actions needed

• Choose name
• Get the code working
• Get full test coverage
• make sure we are working within our own policies.
• Get testpad working for other testers
• recruite testers
• Do a quiet release for testers. (and work out how we can do that within the App Store rules)
• Itterate.
