Purpose: As an Organization Administrator, I need to make an Environment available to one or more Organization Administrators who are outside of my Organization but within the EAASI deployment we all use so that that those Organization Administrator(s) can access and use the environment.

Gap Analysis: Currently, the only way for an Organization Administrator or Configuration User to share an environment with one or more other user accounts is to “publish” the environment, which shares the environment with all users across that EAASI deployment (and potentially other Deployments).
