Subject: [PATCH] fix: exclude test fixtures from package build to resolve Git
 LFS dependency installation issues

When installing aris as a dependency, Git LFS was attempting to download
test fixture files (65MB ARIS file) that were missing from LFS remote storage,
causing installation failures.

This change configures Hatchling to exclude the tests/ directory from both
wheel and source distributions, preventing LFS from attempting to fetch
test fixtures during package installation.

Changes:
- Add tool.hatch.build.targets.wheel exclude configuration
- Add tool.hatch.build.targets.sdist exclude configuration
- Bump version from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1

Resolves Git LFS smudge errors when installing as dependency.
