named-outputs must support pinning value-bearing cells (per-class MIP Proceeds, hurdle, valuation) — not just MOIC/IRR #25

Description

@ebootheee

Extends the earlier "Mippy request #7" (MIP as an output). The v2 named-outputs.json pins returns (MOIC/IRR on Version Tracker row 22), equityBasis, GP totalCarry, shares — but not the MIP economics, which is what the equity platform actually displays as participant "value."

The model has the cells — labels include MIP Proceeds, MIP Cash Flow, MIP Platform Cash Flow, MIP) Shares Issued — but MIP is modeled across per-block cells, so there's no single output. Today the consumer falls back to a hand-calibrated $51.8M, which can't be reproduced or split per class.

Ask

Support a pinning config so the generator can declare value-bearing named-outputs:

  • per-class MIP Proceeds (the participation cells, aggregated per class/block),
  • the hurdle / threshold value (the model expresses it as a MOIC multiple, e.g. 1.40× — expose both the multiple and, if derivable, the per-unit threshold),
  • the valuation / share basis used for per-unit value.

Goal: make value-above-hurdle a ground-truth output, per class, so the consumer reads it instead of hand-calibrating. This is the single highest-value addition for us — it's the source of truth for what every employee sees as their equity's worth.
