While considering your script to extract to extract the rigid body inertial data using openfast 4.2.0, I get the error that the seastate.dat file cannot be found. I assume that the script does not consider the new seastate file which has been introduced in openfast 4+, leading to this error.
A temporary solve is to copy this file to the _temp folder, after which the script runs without issues.
