Add tests to compare created files against expected files

Some doctests generate files in the filesystem. The content of the files is, however, not verified. For example in the version 0.8.2 the echemdb resource was saved along with the other package metadata. (fixed in #51 )

We should add some tests, which compare these files against expected files.
