This pull request introduces a new, flexible configuration management system for the application, allowing administrators to create, update, retrieve, and delete configuration entries, including support for grouping and managing provider-specific settings (such as API keys for external services). The implementation includes new model, service, controller, route, and validation layers for robust and secure configuration handling.
