Unable to Publish Python Extension

Hey team, i am struggling to deploy the Python Extension in my OpenVSX marketplace.
In the main OpenVSX I see that Python extension is published, and it has dependency of Pylance which is not present in OpenVSX. This causes me to not being able to Publish the Python extension and other python related extensions.

Can you help me with this issue please.

Also, I am looking to find a list of Extensions that are not approved by Microsoft to be deployed in OpenVSX. It will help the whole of developer community to be able stay compliant.

so I tried to publish the ms-python.python extension in a local instance and it just works:

The existing check here https://github.com/eclipse-openvsx/openvsx/blob/main/server/src/main/java/org/eclipse/openvsx/publish/PublishExtensionVersionHandler.java#L112 is only concerned by actual dependencies that the extension declares. If this extension bundles other dependencies that do not exist in the registry you can just go ahead and publish.

The python extension does not have a dependency on the pylance extension, but rather bundles it, which means the IDE will install also all bundled extensions if they exist:

So, what I am doing is. I Download the vsix from open-vsx.org and then use the publish endpoint to publish it. It gives me missing dependencies error.
Is there other ways for Publishing extensions?

obviously we are talking about different extensions, can you give me the link to the extension you downloaded?
