@leeeunkoo @youngtaekiim please assign this issue to me and give your suggestion for fix, we have two options:
1:- Check parsing at nodeagent reciever for package yaml
2:- Modify apiserver manager.rs apply_artifact for send workload_name as scenario instead of pacakge

I raised this issue because there is a failing integration test case in the apiserver. To ensure stability and prevent regressions, I recommend to execute the apiserver integration tests before any merges. This enhancement can be implemented as part of a future PR of CI to improve our overall quality assurance process.
