Support custom html layouts

The docs macro can only generate htmls with the score_layout.

We are evaluating docs-as-code for a project based on Eclipse OpenBSW (Discussion about integration of docs-as-code into OpenBSW is still ongoing).
Hence, there is the need to use docs_as_code, but generate output with different layouts.

I think theoretically you can overwrite the html options in the app settings (inside conf.py) but not 100% sure about that.

Thank you for your feedback.
I've found another way:

• remove dependency to score_layout in conf.py
• let users inject additional dependencies to docs() macro

See PR #119 . Does this make sense?
