Currently Logging module can not be used by any other module as the dependency management is done over official central s-core bazel registry: https://github.com/eclipse-score/bazel_registry
Link to local override is not part of the central registry and therefore can not be accessed by external modules, that want to use logging daemon, e.g. reference integration:
