"Duplicate Element" keybinding on diagram displays the "Duplicate object" popup from the Explorer action

The Duplicate element keybinding on diagram displays the duplicate popup, but it shouldn't.
The same Duplicate element quick tool only duplicate the element without displaying the popup.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a SysML project which already contains a diagram (which displays at least one node)
2. Before doing anything else (in particular, do not interact with the Explorer yet), open the diagram (from the onboard area)
3. Select a node on the diagram
4. Open its palette, and invoke the "Duplicate element" quick tool.
5. A copy of the node is created immediately on the diagram
6. Select the new copy and hit Ctrl-d.
7. Another copy of the node is created immediately on the diagram
8. So far so good
9. Click on any semantic element in the Explorer (not just a document) and open its context menu (actually, that's not even required). No need to actually invoke any of the entries.
10. Back to the diagram, select one of the node and repeat step 6: hit Ctrl-d.

Expected result

After step 10, we should get the same result as in step 7: a copy of the node is created immediately.

Actual result

Instead, the "Duplicate object" modal from the Duplicate object action in the Explorer* opens.

This looks like an issue in Sirius Web itself, I'll try to reproduce there.
