Describe the crash
Android emulator gets stuck whenever more than one player joins.

Branch/PR/Release:
Almost all released Eden Android versions and other emulator such as Yuzu, Citron.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the crash:

1. Settings ->Controls->add more than one player.
2. Open [Boomerang Fu, Overcooked! All You Can Eat, Overcooked 2, Diablo III Eternal Collection, Rayman Legends Definitive Edition, Tunche, and Unruly Heroes](I tested)
3. The frame rate becomes 0.
