Re-writing to use MySQL

Hi all - just a quick announcement to say I am going to re-write my code to use MySQL instead of SQL server. I am hoping this makes it more accessible to everyone.

I am pleased to say the re-write went smoothly and FreeITSM is now ready to go with MySQL. As per the README file, I am really sorry to anyone who spent time getting up and running with SQL Server Express. It's the database server I am most familiar with, but I realise now that it could be a blocker to people getting up and running in all environments - Windows, Linux etc.

I'm going to be doing plenty of testing this evening and will fix any loose ends!
