I have made a massive amount if changes and improvements which I hope you enjoy. Too many too list here but we have improvements across the board including AI integration, dashboards, new endpoint inventory script, domain and email whitelisting for email import, improvements to logging and viewing those logs, automated responses in the ticketing system, service status dashboard, a massive overhaul of the change management module to get it fully ITIL compliant... the list goes on!
