[Feature Request] Add support for LOG_LEVEL environment variable

Thank you for this great project that backs up all of my Postgres DBs and was simple to set up and maintain!

I would like to set LOG_LEVEL=warn to eliminate the level="INFO" messages in my Docker logs. LOG_LEVEL doesn't appear to be supported right now.
