Installation of libresignage

Can't install Libresignage there is no step by step help

Hello All, can any one help to install this libresignage software on my pc so that I could get start with it.
I have a windows 10 PC .

1. Install docker. https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/install/

2. Run
   docker run \ -d \ -p 80:80 \ --mount source=ls_vol,target=/var/www/html/data \ eerotal/libresignage:latest
