Improve the heat map plot (color gradients)

Now the heat map coloring is not that good, there isn't enough color gradient.
Improve the calculation of the color.
Maybe also indicate the leading tissue.
Once fixed, a smaller version of heat map could appear also on Profile as a thin bar.
