[BUG] Task not assigned after splitting — stuck without “Start the task”

Problem description

After splitting a task into subtasks, it does not dispatch/assign the task to any worker/agent and "start the task" didn't show up. The UI stays stuck in the same state shown in the screenshot (no task execution starts, subtasks remain pending).
