especially with all the bugs of the gui trying to attempt to resume already completed swaps
"you have 5 active swaps"
and the swap tab not clickable because "you have an active swap lock"
the user should be able to remove swap history for those reasons
other than that: digital cleanliness. who are we keeping the data for?
big fat warning to not destroy swap db unless we are sure all old swaps are really completed
alternatively or additionally: option to remove swaps one by one in the history tab
