Support for iOS and Android

NSec supports iOS, tvOS, and Mac Catalyst starting from version 24.5.0-preview.1 as well as Android starting from version 26.1.0-preview.1.

However, this has not been extensively tested. Please provide feedback in this issue whether it works or not.

Both positive and negative reports are welcome!

Hi! This is likely related to #63, but I'm still unable to build Maui targeting the iOS Simulator. I'm not sure I can do something on my end, or is this a libsodium issue? There appears to be no bindings for the simulator target:

The issue still persists (project file, usage):

• NSec.Cryptography 26.1.0-preview.1
• macOS Sequoia 15.7.4
• JetBrains Rider 2026.1
• XCode 26.2, iOS Simulator 18.5, 26.3.1

Building for a physical iOS device works, though. I checked the NSec .nuget directory, and ios-arm64 is there, but no target for iOS-simulator.
