Edit user profile on Elaastic IAM

As a user, link to an OIDC account
I want to update the information of my account
So that I can change my information

Acceptance criteria

• The change made with Elaastic are saved in Elaastic and in Keycloak
• If the user change any information directly with keycloak, Elaastic need to update his data
• The user cannot grant imself role

Technical hint (optional)

The user must not change his username, has it is used to link account.

For now, when the user updates his account, he needs to log out and then log in for his change to be acknowledged by Elaastic.
This flow work, but it's not very user-friendly.
We need to find a better way, to improve UX.

We'll need to set up a Webhook for that, with a messaging platform, so that Keycloak can fires an event when a user update its profile & Elaastic will react to it by updating its local data.

Side note : Some data must be synchronized (like names be cause we use it in the app and it wouldn't be efficient to retrieve it dynamically). But some other extra info may only be stored on Keycloak and exposed thought the get User info of OIDC
