Rather than relying on established status-quo to deploy new versions of the app, we need a proper Ansible recipe that creates all the necessary Docker resources (networks, volumes, secrets, ...) and provisions the services on top.
This will effectively decomission the existing deploy scaffhold and finalize the transition to full IaC deployment that's capable of provisionning any environment to the desired status.
