Consider a monorepo over sextillion repos

Title.
It's much easier and more comfortable to add all different themes in just this repo rather than make one for each application. That's not organization, it's over-engineering.

Ya the problem here is that then we have everyone contributing to one repo, I'm not necessarily opposed, but there are a lot of repos that are other contributors own creations, which they even manage. Let me do some thinking on it
