iOS 17+ Requirement

Hi there, I was wondering if you'd be open to accepting a PR that would reduce the macOS and iOS version requirements to iOS 15. It seems like the only thing in the repository that is iOS 17+ is the mutex type. Would you be open to this package depending on https://github.com/swhitty/swift-mutex or using a different lock type?

I am very open to lowering the version requirements, but adding a package dependency just because of the mutex type I am not so sure about.

afaik the mutex is only used for the "server support" type, so I see two options:
a) lowering the package versions and annotate iOS availability on the SendOnceBox, or
b) implement a "LegacySendOnceBox" for lower iOS/macOS version (eg: by vendoring the backportet mutex, or just hand-rolling the locking)

Funny enough, the synchronization framework is actually iOS 18+. So, main wasn't actually compiling on iOS right now :)

@John-Connolly actually, I was too fast with merging - this is now a breaking change for anyone using the server-feature on modern iOS (not that I know of anyone doing this).

we'll need to go with availability annotations. are you available for a PR?

#82 I was actually a bit too quick merging the previous pull request as well, and I realized there was some variadic generic stuff and a string replacement function that didn't match the new minimum iOS version.
