Button to download the flatpak repo file

Problem

It's not super easy at the moment for folks to add AppCenter as a remote on their distro. There are no instructions on the website or any way for folks to know how to do this

Proposal

These days, stores like KDE Discover and GNOME Software handle flatpak repo files. We should have a big primary CTA at the top of the page that downloads https://flatpak.elementary.io/repo.flatpakrepo

Just be sure I am understanding correctly, the intent is that a person could download the flatpakrepo file and then their native app store (KDE Discover, GNOME Software, etc) would handle things correctly from there to install the remote?

Ok so then really this is a pretty small thing where we just need the CTA and a download button!
