Add-on is not installing on Blender 3.0 or Blender 3.3

No matter how much I have tried but the add-on is not installing on Blender 3.0 or 3.3. No errors or messages regarding any problems with installation. I have tried both MapsModelsImporter-v0.5.0 zip and MapsModelsImporter-master zip files

There should at least be an error in the system console (Window > Toggle System Console).
And do not use MapsModelsImporter-master.zip, use zip files from releases (the one including version number).

Thanks Ellie. I think I have tried every zip in the package with no success but I am going to try again and check the console.

I had the same problem, resolved by opening blender with run as administrator
