warn users when downloading content locked with tlock #94
Description
if you recover a bundle with tlock past its lock date, the user has no way to know it was locked with tlock.
a downside of this, is that in the future drand might disappear, and the backup would become inaccessible. while tlock is experimental, we should show a warning letting users know about this limitation and that they should make a backup of the data, if they want, they can use rememory again
