show optional countdown on tlocked bundles #95
Description
currently the information about tlock is stored inside the encrypted bundle, so friends only know about it when they all get together and decrypt the pieces. it will either show the files or tell them to wait. it's done like this for confidentiality.
some users might want the countdown to show even before all the pieces are together, we should have a checkbox that makes it happen
