Add Subscription Expiration Date for Automatic Cancellation

Hi everyone,

I’d like to propose a new feature that allows users to set an expiration date for their subscriptions. Once this date is reached, the subscription would be automatically canceled without requiring manual intervention.

Why is this useful?

• Users can plan ahead and avoid forgetting to cancel their subscriptions.
• It provides more flexibility for those who want a temporary subscription (e.g., 4 months).
• Reduces manual management for both users and admins.

How it could work:

• A new expiration_date field would be added to the subscription model.
• The system would automatically cancel (or suspend) the subscription when the expiration date is reached.
• Compatibility with different billing cycles (monthly, yearly, etc.).

Example Use Case:
A user subscribes to a monthly plan but wants it to stop automatically after 4 months. Instead of having to remember to cancel, they set an expiration date, and the system handles it for them.

I came here to ask about the same thing. A subscription end date, or number of payments field, that would either disable or cancel the subscription in Wallos would be really useful for payment plans that have a natural end date.
