Allow rows per page size selection to include 500 and 1000 (or configurable)

Request

• Add support for larger "Rows Per Page" options in table/grid UIs (e.g., 500 and 1000), in addition to the current options (10, 25, 50, 100).
• This is useful for scenarios with batch jobs processing hundreds of instances.
• The feature should make larger sizes available in the dropdown, and also allow one to set a larger default page size, not just via filters.
• Ideally, the set of page sizes are configurable to meet individual application's needs.

Motivation

• Currently, when working with large datasets, exporting requires paging through many result pages.
• Providing larger page size options significantly improves the export and batch review workflows.
