quit game

I often would like to quit a game. I found
Pause or resume game Ctrl+Shift+P

Quit game Ctrl+Shift+Q

but if I try my whole firefox-browser quits. (or for pause creates a new private tab.)

And on a mobile phone I dont have ctrl or shift - how can I quit there?
