subcategories

I love Oinkoin!
The only thing missing for me is a subcategory feature. Right now, I use tags as a workaround, but having actual subcategories would make everything so much easier as it would speed up choosing the exact thing. It would be especially helpful to see the distribution of subcategories within a category - for example, by clicking on it.

I know it could take away from the Simple Categories approach but i don't think it has to if implemented correctly. It could even be a feature that you can switch on and off in the settings.

If you need help with anything just ask - i cant code much better than my uni wants me to for mechanical engineering but i could translate to german or design some concepts if you find that helpful.
