Feature Request: Add budgets

Hi there,
I wanted to mention a new feature request. My idea is to add the option of making a budget and if you make a new transaction you can add this one into the budget or every transaction in a specific time span will be part of the budget and if you reach your set budget or the total amount will be added to your bank account or the amount you reached in the specific time span will be added then.
You can also end a budget and then the current amount will be added to the account.
There is also the option to edit the budget e.g. to make the time span longer and to adjust the budget for example you made a budget for your holidays for 1k and after that you want to adjust it to 1.5k.
If you reach a self chosen amount of money e.g. 700$ you get a warning and when you reach the actual budget amount in this case 1k.
But you can also exceed the budget.

Hi, no problem at all, yes, I read it, and it is a very valid new feature. It was mentioned it already a couple of times #11, but I think that your post describes it better.

I'll write here when I start to implement it and to have some feedback
