Overview chart interval selection

At the moment, to change the time interval of the chart, I need to return to the homepage screen, select the new time interval and return to the charts screen. It would be more convenient if time interval selection was possible directly in the charts screen.

In addition, by month comparison is not possible if you i.e. select a range from 2025-12-01 to 2026-02-28. It'll instead show a bar for each year with 2025 consisting of income/expenses of just Dec and 2026 of Jan+Feb (which usually isn't a useful comparsion). It'd be nice if we could manually select which intervals we want to be combined into a bar in the bar chart (year, month or week).

Hi, thanks. That sounds something useful to do. I need to figure out the best way so to not overload the UI. Do you have any reccomandation?

What about in the top row next to the title which shows the selected date range.

While the space there can get quite crowded depending on the selected date range, there should be enough space for a 3-dot-menu at least, with options to select the date range and grouping method that open modal dialogs like is being done for date ranges on the homepage already. And if there is more space available the 3-dot-menu could dynamically be replaced by two icons that open those same modal dialogs.
