Have data landing page be near-perfect :-) by May

Beginning May is a deadline to have a very very very good data landing page.

1. we need to ensure that all the ro-crates we want listed, are listed, in a way that is easy to navigate (there are so many of them)
2. we want to ensure that all the ro-crates have a ro-crate-metadata.json file in them, otherwise they cannot be viewed -> if a new harvest/qc does not work, it should not delete the previous content and ro-crate file!
3. we want to have the ro-crate viewer organised in a way that is nice for humans to navigate
4. we want summary-of-event and summary-of-samples and summary-of-sequences and summary-of-results tables that can be easily found and read
5. we need to adopt the new emo bon logo (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1OKDELIqOt-YiUXJkGMbinpAN_gYjlbo7)

This is a placeholder issue to make sure we do not forget this. Probably should arrange for a meeting in Feb - because VLIZ does need guidance from EMOBON as to what you want on the page - after all, it is not just for us, it is for y'all!
@isanti can you timetable such a meeting, or should I?

I think we could create a new tab and split the existing "Data" tab into several ones.

For example, if we had one tab/section for the "Sampling Logsheets", one for the "MetaGOflow run outputs" and another one for the "Other RO-crates" for all the rest, it could work.
There would be at least divided somehow.
Especially if we could have different colour in the backgrounds, i.e. if not all of them were blue.

@cedricdcc : some changes to make (as of 10:37 on Feb 19) - if you are already doing this, then great !

• make the emobon logo about 1.5x bigger
• reduce the page title font to about 80% of what it is now
• reduce the image vertical length - so that there is less image above and below the title (just crop the image?)
• reduce the font on "A long-term omics observatory of marine biodiversity" to about 75% of what it is now

• reduce the white space between "About us" and "A long-term ..." titles (top of the page)
• reduce the white space around Summary and Referenced By sections in the ro-crate viewer
• move Docs in the main menu to before Contact
• Change "Docs" in the main body to "Documents"
• send me all your warnings text so I can send back edited versions of those same
• for the tabular data, if there is only one non-header row (hmm, tho can you tell that?) then do not show it with all those little boxes
• regenerate the page and @marc-portier regenerate ro-crates for the observatories

• In https://data.emobon.embrc.eu/observatory-emt21-crate/#crateid=logsheets/sediment_observatory.csv I see a hyperlinked "logheets/sediment_observatory.csv" in the Info section, but when I click on it nothing happens. If nothing is supposed to happen, should it be a hyperlink?
• On https://data.emobon.embrc.eu/ in the Our Data Packages section, you have "observatory" and "catalogue". the repo listed in catalogue is not a catalogue. actually is best to call it "bioinformatics" and just have the metagoflow repo in there

nothing, because there are only 2 things left to do, one one me and one to wait for the ro-creator to see what the view looks like when the new ro-crate files are in place
