Add end-to-end test path for sender create-to-recipient-open flow

Description

A full journey test is needed once the basic product loop exists.

Scope

• Stand up E2E framework for web + API local stack
• Script sender sign-in, draft creation, seal, public open
• Use seeded or isolated test data
• Review key files: test workspace or apps/web/tests/e2e/**

Acceptance Criteria

• One automated E2E test covers the core capsule flow
• Test can run locally and in CI with documented prerequisites
• Failures are diagnosable
