Move client scripts to a separate directory, they pollute the client #384
Description
It is always hard to look for what you want in the client directory.
Additionally, I would like to just copy all scripts to the encointer-client docker binary, but the docker COPY command doesn't allow globbing, so now I have to manually copy every file I want.
