I do see 2 json files in /.entire/tmp/ directory with my session data

Thanks for sharing the logs, they point directly to the issue. The key line is:

This happens when a git commit occurs mid-turn, the transcript file hasn't been created yet because OpenCode export only runs when the agent finishes its turn.

Could you walk us through what you were doing when the checkpoint was created? For example, did OpenCode run git commit as part of its response, or did you commit separately?

I was making changes with OpenCode and then committed manually through VS Code
