doesn't override base url and tries to authenticate with openai

I've used devon-tui configure

entered
model: deepseek/deepseek-coder
api base: https://openrouter.ai/api/v1
prompt type: openai (afaik openrouter api is openai compatible)

it created config in my project. I run devon-tui. It picked up the correct configuration but tries to authenticate with openai.
