The configuration from the property file is not getting picked #1
Description
When we are adding the configuration for blob and event provider in the appsettings.json the application is not running and throws error that the provider is not initiated as no region detail was specified for the events.
Wheres as we enter the information inside the startup.cs with a constant variable (method 1 defined in readme), the application is running without any issues.
