Icon click opens sidebar - create sidebar with Resource and Place data that opens in sidebar

Similar to Google maps in style but simpler.
A user click on an icon opens a sidebar.
Sidebar displays the Resources and Place information including photo, address, phone, comments, etc.

If a Place has more than one Resource, but those are not part of the filters clicked, the icons still appear in the sidebar.
