Improve team capability for EDS Mobile

Background

EDS Mobile currently has a single developer (Chibuzor) with deep knowledge of the codebase. Camilla has started building familiarity, but Frida still lacks the context needed to review effectively. As a team, we need broader ownership of this part of the design system — both for resilience and so that more of us feel genuine ownership over it.

Goal

Enable the full team to confidently review and contribute to EDS Mobile, so it feels like a shared part of the design system rather than a solo effort.

Tasks

• Architecture walkthrough session (recorded for future onboarding?)
• Pair-review: Frida shadows existing developer on 2-3 PRs
• Camilla continues independent reviews, shares learnings
• First independent review from Frida
• First small contribution (bug fix or minor feature) from Frida
• Retrospective: evaluate if we have sufficient coverage and shared ownership

Definition of done

At least two additional team members (Camilla and Frida) can independently review PRs for the EDS RN DS with confidence.
