EDS 2.0: Implement Figma design updates in code

Figma design changes that need to be implemented in code

• Update border radius from None to Rounded for: Banner, Toast, Autocomplete, Search, Select, Text Area, Text Input, Combobox, and Menu (not all are done in code yet so just the relevant ones)
• Change Snackbar background from Bg/Fill/Emphasis to Text/Strong (following Tooltip logic) (n/a - will be done when adding the component)
• Adjust input label size from LG to MD already done in code
• Merge Icon Button into Button component and remove Large size
• Apply minimum size constraint of 36 to all input components
