Remove pipeline jobs and deployments, and use the lists Previous deployments in Env Overview, and Pipeline Jobs in App Overview.

Add Tree view of Environment with their components and "side cars" (job scheduler, oauth2 service etc)
Move App Configuration to the topp
Add a cog wheel to go directly to the components config (secrets/variables)
