First-time experience for live view

First-time live-view experience: one short overlay so a new operator can run rec, stick, LUT, and DISP without reading the repo.

Pairing already has a wizard. Live view does not. Stick gestures (double-tap recenter, triple-tap flip) currently live in VoiceOver hints.

Workstreams

• One-shot overlay on first ConnectionPhase.live, dismiss forever (hasSeenLiveFTUE)
• Four beats max: record, gimbal stick, LUT / color, swipe DISP 1/2
• Skip if the operator has already recorded (returning TestFlight users)
• Contextual tip when Face Priority is on and the EV drum is locked
• Do not block the feed; tap-through, no modal sheet that covers the picture

Constraints

• Field-monitor chrome, not a marketing carousel
• No animation that costs first-picture time
• Android can clone the same four beats once iOS copy is stable

Done when

A new install shows the overlay once, a returning operator never sees it, and stick recenter/flip are discoverable without VoiceOver.
