Right now, at least with doing sims with physical linkage. Monomorphic markers can cause an error that looks like:
Error in samp_from_mat(Clt[g1, ]) : Not a matrix.
I probably should fix the issue in that function. But until then, I should at least check data sets for monomorphic markers and warn the user about that.
