Feature Request: Native LaTeX Rendering (KaTeX/MathJax)

I'm a researcher using Reasonix Desktop as my daily research assistant, and I keep hitting a wall that I think many scientific users will relate to: LaTeX formulas aren't rendered natively — they display as raw markup rather than beautiful, readable equations. For anyone working with math, having formulas typeset inline (like KaTeX or MathJax does) would make a night-and-day difference in how easily we can follow and verify the assistant's reasoning.

Thanks for the writeup — agreed, raw $...$ in a research chat is a real pain. KaTeX-through-react-markdown is the obvious path (remark-math + rehype-katex); it's what GitHub itself ships for markdown math, the bundle hit is modest, and the fonts can be self-hosted so Tauri stays offline-safe. Tracking implementation in #1235.
