Files recovery

I have a bunch of .meds files that originally were files of all sorts that now i can't open anymore. Help me out, plese.

Here is a screen of some files and I have little to no experience in coding...

These do not look like the same kind of files. The meds files we use are in the fits format. Those you are indicating seem to be jpg/png/mov etc. and are unrelated.
