- Run .\compile.ps1 -all -everything

This is a TODO item in prep of trying to migrate CrossMgr to be happy and working on Python 3.13.
There will no-doubt be other issues to resolve.
For now it is low-priority, but just something I thought worth attempting in the meantime.
